Financial Reporting

We perform Compilation and Review Engagement Services as required by banks and investors in coordination with the American Institute of CPA's pronouncements and guidelines. The type of the engagement is dictated by the requesting party.

COMPILATION ENGAGEMENTS

A Compilation financial statement report presents information that is the "Representation of Management" and expresses no opinion or assurance on the statements.

REVIEW ENGAGEMENTS

A Review financial statement report expresses limited assurance in the form of a statement that we are not aware of any material modifications to be in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Review financial statements must include all required notes and other disclosures.
